Get both of them. neither is available on a regular basis. The CC 20 is usually only found in Japan and
Australian duty free. I inquired about it a few years back and was told it wouldn't be available in Canada again unless it was possibly released for a special promotion. That was before Beam owned the brand. Maybe they changed their policy!

yes i was looking into trying to get the 20 year old about a year ago and was told its only in japan. so do you know for sure that the CC 20 is only a limited time only and not normal stock?

CC 20 may become a more frequently released item in Canada, but I wouldn't look for it to be something to be available every day on the shelves, but rather maybe a once a year release similar to the BTAC in the US. I wouldn't wait around to get some if you want it!

On one hand my experiance with the CC's from the basic stuff to the 12yr is that it does get significantly better with age. One the other hand, I've been really impressed with the last offering from Forty-Creek (small batch) and am curious about this one. I wouldn't buy either without trying them first @ $60 cdn but the Forty-Creek will probably have a more agressive flavour profile if that's any help...
