Rathskeller

Well, I made the trek to Toddy's :bowdown: and found most to the bottles I've wanted to try. The guys were really friendly and made some great recommendations. I snapped up one of the Rathskeller Rye they had left for collectability purposes, because I don't normally prefer rye.
Has anyone cracked one of these open yet? I haven't seen any reviews.

How the hell did that end up there...that is a private bottling for the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, KY...

during KBF, Liquor World, JT Webb's place, had a case or two of the Rathskellers and also the Speakeasy select. I grabbed 2 bottles of each. I was told the Seelbach didn't want all the bottles from the barrels. very good stuff by the way.

I didn't see any of the Select. I would have bought at least one. Are they still available?

I talked to JT, no more Speakeasy. He does have a couple more Rathskellers though.
