Where to buy in Kentucky?

I gotta head out to Virginia to help my dad with some stuff around the house. I'll be hammering it across Kentucky on I-64 from L-ville to the W. Va. border. Where is a good place to pull off the highway, do a little shopping. Also, what hours/days are liquor stores usually open in Ky.?

There is a liquor barn just south of the I75/I64 split in Lexington. It is in a district called Hamburg that has every restuarant you can imagine and more stores than anyone could even drive past. Good selection and good prices.

There is also a Liquor Barn in Louisville on I-64 at the Watterson (I-264). Louisville Stores are open on Sundays.
