I have read numerous posts here about bourbons being discontinued, mashbills changing, master distillers changing, and distilleries being bought and sold, etc, etc.
As such I was wondering if there is any bourbon out there that seems to always stay the course, never really changing, keeping close to the same flavour profile as it had when it was first distilled and bottled.
Any possibilities?
