Hello All,

My name is Brandon and I'm from Hesperia, CA. I've been drinking bourbon for about 5 years now. My current affordable favorites are OWA, Weller Reserve, Old Fitzgerald 1849 and Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel.

Going to crack open my first bottle of Pappy 15 y/o soon. I just found a local place that can special order them for me. :grin:

I have bought Elmer T Lee on trips to CA and you are right - it is very affordable in CA. It's about $33 here in Texas. 4-5 years ago I had a store in SoCA that was selling it for $16.99. What are you currently paying?

The cheapest I've seen it so far is $20. The OWA is $16 and Reserve is about $12 where I'm at. Dang, $33 for Elmer! I assume it's the ol sin tax junk.

I just went there today to pick up my PVW15. Their prices are really good compared to BevMo.

That Pappy was real nice last night. Had a My Father Le Bijou cigar with it. Paired real nice! :grin:
