I made this a couple of days ago and it tasted splendid with a Brooklyn black chocolate stout as company.
4 portions
100 gram dark chocolate
2 separated eggs
3 cl white sugar
10 cl heavy cream
10 cl heavy (10 %) yoghurt
3-4 cl bourbon
1,5 cl cacao powder
6 cl muscovado sugar
melt the chocolate
whip the yolks, the cacao powder, half of he white sugar and the bourbon
whip the egg white with the rest of the white sugar
whip the cream
blend everything except half the muscovado together
put into 1-4 balls and cover with the rest of the muscovado
put it into the freezer for several hours
take it out about 20-30 minutes before you eat it
