Newly registered and just wanted to say "Hey". So, hey!

Just started working on trying to become more of a bourbon connoisseur. I have been just back and forth with Maker's Mark and JB Black. This week as I shopped to replace my close to empty bottle of Black, I decided to give Elijah Craig 12yo a try.

I like both MM and JBB, but I would take the Elijah Craig over either of them in a heartbeat. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome aboard RocknRoll.
Are you close to the Rochester or Buffalo areas?
They have some very good bourbon stores there.
Whitehouse and Lisa's in Rochester, and The Premier Group of stores in Buffalo.

... The Premier Group of stores in Buffalo.

I was at one of these this past wknd. I found 4 bottles of Weller
Centennial (Premier store bottling) and picked up some Virginia
Gentleman. They are nice stores with a decent selection.

Depends on how you define "close".

Rochester is about 1 hour, 15 minutes west of me ( Syracuse ).
Buffalo is about another 1 hour, 15 minutes west from Rochester.
Though I go to Buffalo a couple nights a week, it's probably not a good idea to be swinging my tractor-trailer into the parking lot. :D

May have to take a drive and have a peek.

Don't think of it as work. Think of it as an adventure.

Fortune Brands loves you.

You just broke their heart. Cheater!

But that's a Good Thing. You've just taken your first steps into a larger world.
