During Tales of the Cocktail (http://www.bourbonblog.com/category/tales-of-the-cocktail/), we joined Master Distiller Jim Rutledge and friends from Four Roses at The Mixoloseum (http://www.bourbonblog.com/blog/2010/08/20/400-year-old-ice-with-four-roses-bourbon-at-the-mixoloseum-new-orleans/) in New Orleans

I invite you to watch video of the bartenders did with the 400-year-old ice brought from Alaska to serve with Four Roses Bourbon cocktails on this link - http://www.bourbonblog.com/blog/2010/08/20/400-year-old-ice-with-four-roses-bourbon-at-the-mixoloseum-new-orleans/

Really. You only need 200 year-old ice to avoid the coal soot.
