Addictive Dusty Hunting...finds

I am addicted to hunting for dusties. Today I stopped at a small liquor store and got 2 bottles of Old Charter classic for 12.95 each. A bottle of EWSB 1995 for 25.95 and he had a bottle of Pappy 20 year that he said had been there since he bought the store a couple of years ago and would let me have it for $75. QUestions:
1. Do the EWSB years vary much and has anyone made a list of good, not so good years.
2. Does pappy 20 vary much. Not sure of the year except it has stamped on the bottle K2140713:04

Please ignore #2. I did a search and found quite a bit about the different years. I have to decide whether to go back and buy the other bottles of ewsb 1995. It is in a funky reverse corrugated box.

I'm curious as to what you found. I haven't noticed much difference at all in the past five or so years that I've been buying PVW20.
