I was wondering if bourbon contains sulfites. I am highly allergic to them. I've never drank alcohol before and was told that i could as long as it didnt contain sulfites. Also if there are any other kinds of liquor that do not have them in it i would love to know. I do not think that there are sulfites in prodcuts that are distilled.
I agree with Mike, but perhaps Bettye Jo can get a definitive answer.
I will ask tonight...I know that it's in wine...It's written on the labels...

I think they would be required to inform you on the label if it contained any sulfites.
