Plantation Bourbon 1949

Hi, I'm new at this but I was hoping someone could help. Has anyone heard of or has information about Plantation bourbon? Specifically the year of 1949. My brother was given two bottles that haven't been opened and has been trying to find information about them. Anything would help. I'll check back later. Thanks.
