My friend is in milwaukee and i was wondering if anyone knew of a place where I can score some fleischmann's straight rye.

Anyone know?

Not in Milwaukee. Closest place would be Sheboygan Falls or Plymouth to the north. Cut-Rate in Plymouth has it, as well as Stephen Foster, the elusive 30 month aged 80 proof Rye from HH. Both are under $20 for a handle, and the Fleischmann's only comes in a handle.
