My favorite way recently is with a couple of ice cubes and about a 2-3 finger pour. Much more than that and I begin to loose the ability to detect all of the flavors that Stagg has to offer. I am curious to know exactly how much Stagg the rest of you drink in one sitting?

One sitting? Actually, when I have more than one Stagg drink, it is over the course of an evening, normally 2 but sometimes 3 drinks. I just got up from the computer and measured. I dumped a jigger of water into my snifter to measure. One and a half jiggers seems to be my "just right" point. That would make two jiggers to be my "bad day at work" point.

I usually have only one Stagg and its usually a generous shot of 2 ounces in the Riedel glass. I add a splash of room temp spring water. It takes me quite a while as I spend the first few minutes just sniffing, then sample slowly.

Bingo. I do exactly the same. Nothing has a nose like Stagg.
