I was given two conflicting pieces of information on shipping bourbon to PA. One says that it is a felony to ship to PA, and the other said that as of late 2011 the PLCB loosened regulations and began allowing shipments to customers homes.

Can anyone elaborate on this issue?

If it is now a misdemeanor (for a non licensed person) to send to PA, I'm not worried about it. But if its still a felony...

You can now have hard liquor shipped to your house in PA......BUT....you have to order it from the PLCB. No other entities may ship into the Commonwealth (legally) :hot: :hot: :hot:

"We wanted to move slowly on this."

But they also had vending machines that you could get wine from!?!

Man, are they screwed up. Imho.

So I'm guessing it's still a felony to ship it to a PA home address from out of state?

The liquor winds of change are blowing (slowly...oh so slowly) in PA. But no new laws have been passed, just small changes in PLCB policy.

<------Hates PA and it's ancient liquor laws.

Just have family in another state order it and bring it to you as a gift. Either that or go to another state and buy it yourself. :-P
