Tall VW 10 year bottles

Anyone know anything about ORVW 10/107 in the tall bottles? There are three on ebay right now item number for one of them :330672166225.
It looks like a 10/107 label on a lotB/Pappy bottle, strange.

I've never seen that bottle before... The seller has two more bottles with the same picture listed.

Also worth noting that it's a European standard 700ml bottle, not 750ml as advertised in the eBay listing.
