I believe that there's more to aging than exposure to wood, but ultrasonication and esterification of propanol, methanol etc.

I smell snake oil.

If it looks like snake oil, smells like snake oil, feel like snake oil, I'll bet it is snake oil.

But snake oil must be a great lubricant.

Members of GBS will remember Jimmy's pyrotechnic show at our last get together? The hideous whiskey that went into the fire? Remember? Michael Flynn New Age Spirit Whiskey? Yep, produced by these guys, Terressentia. Old Lamp, you would come begging on your hands and knees for JB, if you only had this crap available.:lol:

Sounds like something I would have paid to see. You reckon we could find a way to use it for fuel in home and/or auto?

I don't know...it would take a whole, whole lot to drive me back 30 years + countless headaches & porcelain prayer meetings to the point where you would find JBW in my shaking hands.

Wow! These guys at Terressentia are amazing! Check out their website. I had no idea All this time that I was tasting "Incomplete chemical reactions leaving behind harsh Tasting artifacts called congeners". I feel sick now. I'm switching to eight billion time distilled vodka made from hand sanitizer. Jeez

This is one of the best (as in worst) ones ever, and it's getting a lot of coverage.

Remember what PhD stands for: "Piled High and Deep."

You're telling me. I should know by now that when Jimmy comes over with a "you've just got to try this" proposition I need to just say no.

Like I've said before " How do you know good whiskey if you never taste bad whiskey?"
