I found a recipe for Marker's Mark bourbon cornbread and tried it out yesterday (though I substitued Maker's for OWA, since it's what I had in stock and used only half of the shredded corn it called for). It turned out to be the moistest cornbread I've ever made, and tasted pretty damn good. My only complaint is that it could have been a little sweeter, so I might experiment with it by adding some more sugar or honey.
