Clear Springs Distilling Company???

I have noticed at least 6 new bourbons at Total Wine from Clear Springs Distilling Company, Louisville, KY. Some very pricey ~$50. I can't find out much except it makes Costo bourbons. Is this a Beam company or does anyone know much about it?
