For me, it's Eagle Rare 10 and Whistle Pig.

Weller 12
Rittenhouse BiB

We have multiple bottles of each of these at the bar just in case we run out in the middle of a party.

OGD 114,OWA,W12,HH 6yr BIB and FC just to name a few as daily pours that won't break the bank and never disappoint.

I always keep multiple bottles of Weller 12, OWA and Ritt BiB on hand. Can't get Rittenhouse in Washington so I have to always grab a bottle or three when traveling. Fortunately the bottles fit easily into wine shippers for the plane ride.

Isn't this similar to what's open on your bar thread?

For my always on hand, at least for now, it's ECBP and JPS18.

Cheers

Weller 12
OGD 114
OWA

I try to keep VOB BiB on hand but it is tougher for me to get and I go through it fast. I'll be restocking soon though.

I keep several on hand at all times to suit my moods. The ones I have the most of- Rittenhouse, Pikesville, Old Ezra, Old Heaven Hill, and Old Grand Dad. The other stuff is easy to get or isn't something I keep all the time, so I just go bottle-by-bottle.

There's a few left at a local store I think.

I'm on my last bottle of the 13 yr rye, so need to score this fall.
It's been 4 years since I've been without, and I don't wanna go back!

I'd say OWA, as well as my SB Blend. I don't have any W12 at the moment, but a full 750 of SB Blend (and when it gets to low, I'll seek another W12 then!)

OGD 114,OWA,W12,HH 6yr BIB and FC just to name a few as daily pours that won't break the bank and never disappoint.

Swap Ritt BIB for the FC and this is exactly my "always" list. If not open, there's at least a bottle in the garage.

Not as specific, but there is always a standard BT product (BT, ER10, ETL) and a LE or GS 4R on the bar.

I have a few "always open" as in, if I finish one, there better be one on deck or a trip to the candy store is in order:

OGD114
4RSSmB
Ritt BiB
HH 8/86

I also usually try to keep OF Signature, OWA, and Knob Single Barrel on hand but it's not a crisis if they're not replaced within a few days.

BT & Bulleitt for bourbon, Ritt and Baby Saz for rye.

I'm surprised and kinda fascinated to see not a single responder thus far has MM always on hand. I don't either!

I've got to break this into two answers:

1. Daily Pours: any of WT101, OG114, W12, BT or ER10
2. Occasional Pours: any of WLW, THH, GTS, VW10, 12, 15, or 20

Sometimes you just gotta have a taste of the good stuff!

I keep it fresh with a constant rotation of bottles. This could be because I don't bunker.

No bunkering for me, but I neaely always have a Ritt BiB, OGD 114, and a EC12 (and currently the BP variety) on hand to cover my sweet, strong, and woody rye flavors appropriately.

For me I almost always have an open bottle of Rittenhouse, OGD BIB, Weller 12, and something by Four Roses.

These days, I seem to always have on hand and open:

Ritt BiB or Baby Saz (I tend to alternate bottles)
OGD114
ETL
FR1BLE or store-selected 1B
FR Mariage '09 or FRSmBLE (also alternating, while supplies last)
RHF Julio's store selection (sadly, on my last bottle)

Are you picking up the Rendezvous in the US or paying the LCBO ransom?

I stashed away a few bottles that I picked up in Montreal last year and have been sipping them very slowly, waiting for the LCBO to reduce the price. The SAQ price was still stupid, but not the blatant robbery we've got here.

Here are mine:
OWA: Always
OGD: "
BT: "
WT101: "

...And, 'til I can't get any more: GTS, EC18, WLW, ECBP
