In my searches in LA, MS, and Texas I have never come acrosss a bottle, until today. http://www.straightbourbon.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif $39 in a town I seldom go to. Neat it is a little hot for me but it's just great with Coke. Hold the flames guys I was joking. I did find it a bit hot so I added a little crushed ice. It's very good but kind of like cheese cake. Rich to the point that I would not want more than a drink or two.

Let me run this by you and see if I have it right. You found Stagg, transfered it's ownership to yourself. Then you treated yourself to a taste! Your lack of ceremony is refreshing. Let me say congrats big time.

I could have waited for my birthday, or opened it with my best friend or when my foster brother came to visit, but hell I’ve been waiting for months just to find the bottle. I held it, read it, opened and smelled it, I had to drink it. I’m from the school that says drink it up. Life, love, food and of course BOURBON. Get all you can, without hurting yourself or others, life is so short.

They have another two and I will be going back for one of them. Not too soon though as I just bought a bottle of EC and EWSB two days before. I’m way over my bourbon budget.

I do not drink on weekdays so this is a departure for me. Now that I have broken my own rule do I have two?

That's a tough call, which only you can answer.

Will you enjoy the second drink tonight more than one drink, say two months from now, the last one from that bottle?

Seriously, I would get both bottles if I were you. If you are SURE you don't want the "extra" I'm sure one of us would take it off your hands.
