Help me find a 2001 Woodford Reserve Breeders Cup Bottle!!

Hello everyone,
I currently have all of the WR Derby bottles and all the Breeders Cup bottles except the 2001 edition. I have serched pretty much all the local stores to see if someone might still have one sitting around in the store. To say the least I have had no luck. Would anyone know where I could find one? Perhaps someone on here might have an extra they would like to sell me.

I've been doing all the Derby bottles and my friend is doing both the derby and breeders bottles. I found a couple of early Derby and Breeders for me and him on eBay but they are not a common thing on there. Keep checking eBay for now but maybe someone on here can help. Thanks for the suggestion Mark! I've been searching Ebay for this bottle for about a year now. The information I have gathered about this specific bottle is that they produced very few of the 2001 version(a small amount compared to the normal BC release). I can still find the 98 bottles in stores close to my house, but no luck with the 2001.

Off the subject and I am new here.....I noticed that you live in NY, and after looking at your collection, I must ask.......how in the hell did you obtain all of those limited supply bottles living that far away from Kentucky. I was under the impression that other states recieved limited amounts of most releases. I guess you have your connections.

Good luck finding that BC bottle! Trust me, there will always be that one bottle that eludes you for some time but eventually you'll find one. I'll still keep my eyes open and let you know if I see one. Keep us posted if you end up finding one yourself.

As for bottles in my collection, I wouldn't necessarily say connections... Really just alot of research, phone calls, tons of ebay, a whole lot of shipping fees and of course Thanks to the friends I have made.

Okay everyone, this thread included my first post and I'm still looking. I need this bottle to complete my Woodford Collection, and I have had no luck. I'm willing to go the extra distance to get this bottle.
So here's the deal. I have just been informed that I now have more than one bottle of Wild Turkey Freedom in the U.S. This may sound stupid, but I am willing to trade one of these bottles plus a little cash to the person that can deliver me a 2001 Woodford Reserve Breeder's Cup Bottle(hopefully with the neck tag). I figured if I offer a little extra motivation, you all might be willing to go out of your way to help me find this bottle. So here it is, Freedom and some cash to whomever can get one to me.

Ohhh yeah, I search Ebay daily for this bottle, so if its on there, your probably not going to outbid me for it, so don't waste your time looking there.

I toured Labrot&graham during the Sampler. The gift shop still has a lot of the older Derby and Breeders Cup Bottlings. I couldn't remember which one you needed, but have someone go by there and/or call them before hand. Hope this helps.

i live about 2 miles away from it and they said they were out of them about 2 years ago. maybe i should call them again to ask.

When I was there in 2002 they had the 2002 and in 2003 they had the 2003, but I doubt they have the 2001's there. I was even told when I asked about older derby bottles that once they sell out that's it. But hey, ya' never know right?

We were there on Saturday afternoon and all I remember seeing was the 2003 bottles. I'll keep an eye out elsewhere though.
