Bananas Foster with Rock Hill Farms

Last night, I decided to modify one of my favorite recipes, Bananas foster, to use Rock Hill Farms instead of Rum. I also added some toasted walnuts, to the brown sugar and butter. I served it over cinammon ice cream.
Mind you, my diet only allowed a small serving, but this was unexpectedly good. Washed it down with some recently acquired Kenya AAA coffee.
