Friends,

We better hang on to our Ridgewood Reserve 1792 bottles -- just in case Barton's is forced to change them. See link below.

Cliff/Chuck, how do you see this lawsuit ending?
Mike, any similar cases in recent history?

My guess: IF the suit prevails AND only if Barton feels the new product is successful, they will change the bottle and typestyle.

While I've not seen this before with the bourbon industry I've seen it happen in several others.
