S O B Whisky Peoria, Illinois

I recently picked up a 1/4 pint cork bottle of "SOB Whiskey" a little over half full. It was made in
Peoria, Illinois and apears to be Scotch like with a nice amber color.

Anyone know anymore about this whiskey?

All I can tell you is that Peoria did, indeed, once have a whiskey-making industry that rivaled Kentucky's. All gone now, however.
