One of our favorite bourbons, we generally start the evening with Rock Hill(a great starter bourbon to get the pallate warmed up). Just wondering what the age is, 6, 8 10 year? Why don't they label the bottle with the age as well?

The age of Rock Hill Farms is not as important as the taste of the bourbon. Since it is extremely difficult to get 2 barrels of bourbon that taste the same, single barrel products will always have a variation in flavor. It is the job of the tasters at the distillery to select the correct barrels that are close in flavor profile. That being said, the age of Rock Hill will vary from 7 - 10 years.
