Sam Houston

I just saw Mclain & Kyne's "Sam Houston" small batch on the shelf at the local liquor store. Has anyone tried this drink? If so, your thoughts?

I thought the Sam Houston was hot and burny. Caveat: this is based on a small sample at WhiskyFest where Julian's 15 YO was ruining my taste for anything else. <g>
