I just whipped up a dish and it turned out great.
Browned pork chops dusted with Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning, in oil.
In a roasting pan, combined 1 can chicken broth, 1 tsp worchestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic pepper, 1 tsp whole rosemary, and about 3 oz Maker's Mark.
Added the chops and roasted for 1 hour at 375. Served with cous cous and English peas. My wife raved. My 10 yr old son even liked it.
