big fan of bourbon. What a wonderful site, sure seems addicting.
Tried many flavors and brands but got a lot to learn. Favorites
are Small Batch collection(though never tried Bookers),
Beam black, Wild turkey101, Evil Williams, makers , Bulleit,
Old Forrester and thats it I guess. Tried all the cheaper
bourbons but ready to try some of the better ones. . Well hello all
and cheers!!!!!!!!!

I'm from Indianapolis, Welcome! If you like some small batch stuff, I'd track down some Black Maple Hill. Every bottling I've had has been excellent.

Ah, and it goes so well with Bourbon! I will be smoking a Turkey for Thanksgiving...just have to figure which bottles will go best with a little cherry smoke?

And that is exactly what it brought to my mind that made me like it.

When I am looking at a new barbecue restaurant, I am always more attracted to it if they prominently display a picture of a pig. It let's me know that they know what its all about.

Wild Turkey...of course, good call! What kind of smoker do you use? I have a WSM and a Large BGE with a Guru...I don't smoke cigars...but for me there is nothing better than sitting on the deck, the smell of alder in the air, and a nice glass of bourbon in my hand. That is my ultimate relaxation.

And you want it to be a happy pig.

Reminds me of a certain Chicago institution, a South Side meat market and grocery store called Moo and Oink.

I got a brinkmann bullet water smoker, and you`re right, nothing beats an afternoon with bourbon and smoking some BBQ
