Anyone ever try this stuff? I see it at the ABC all the time, but have never given it a go. I did a search and didn't find anything either...
I got a bottle from www.missionliquors.com (http://www.missionliquors.com)
It was fairly cheap, and unfairly awful.

I had it a while back and thought it was real good especially for the price. What I tried was an 8 yr 90 proof, don't know if they make anything else.

Don't get me wrong...it ain't no Rip Van Winkle....
Bought a handle of this a while back. The price was right $17.99 after a dollar discount, just had to ask. It is a HH product filling in the gap left when EW went to no age statment and 86 proof, I assume. Bottled by Frank-Lin in CA. Bulk whisky, no doubt.
The bourbon itself, is aged well and cutt out at a nice proof. The over all flavor profile is HH, so, if it is less expensive than other HH products, get it. It has much more barrel and char than a Beam white or Benchmark. It could be a young El. Craig 12yr. Worth a try if it fits your budget.
Jeff Mo.
p.s. It is called Joshua Brook
