No, he's a different guy. His other videos are pretty funny too. I like the Halloween one and the presidential one.

I spend a lot of time on law enforcement & military sites (occupational) and I knw what we would say there. I don't know how well this comment will go over here but that was so wrong on so many levels that the guy should be taken out and shot.

I think that's a common enough phrase in civilian conversation as to not be offensive - wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
