Gordon Ramsay made bourbon barrel beer
Tonight's episode of The F Word shows the bottling of his aged bourbon barrel beer....aged 30+ days....he loved it. Episode 38 2009
What I like about his F Word show is that he is the only chef who is not afraid to show where food comes from, not afraid to harvest / hunt it, and then cook it in delicious appearing ways.
I have seen him shoot boar in Tx (I think), catfishing...I forget what you call it when you stick your arm in holes and let the catfish clamp on...in LA, deer in Britain, pigeon in Britain etc.
Tonight they showed the slaughter of cows...for veal...hand raised by one of his female farmer friends...actually very
touching but she saw it through. You never see that on regular tv.
