You have excellent taste, as I can see from the West Bend Penguin Hot and Cold Server Ice Bucket (for those not familiar, it's the chrome orb sitting on the table with embossed penguins, penguin-flipper handles and a black knob on top). I've got one sitting on my early-1950's cabinet bar, radiating jet-age cool.

Show Us Your Stash -- Volume 3.0 (The Subliminal Verses)
I was reminded of this post when I came home today at lunch and heard a not so good noise from the basement. Turns out one of the shelf pegs broke in my bourbon storage area, thankfully nothing broke but it made me rethink my storage. I have a nice cabinet I was only using for junk so now it volunteered to be a dusty storage area. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/03/19/ry7yvasy.jpg
Guess this is a reminder for all of us that use furniture vs wire racks to store our stashes to give then a once over occasionally

Going out of State tomorrow and hoping to get a Saz 18.
Two Saz 18's, Kilbeggan 15, and Midleton Barry Crockett all acquired. Reservoir Wheat is the only one left. Next trip to DC I should close out 2011 & 2012 gold medal winners. Just in time for the 2013 list....

No photos yet, but as soon as we get into the new house I'm going to try and take some pics of everything. Here's the list I've been trying to keep up to date so I don't forget about anything. Also, I just randomly got the Slipknot reference in this thread title. Weird.

Well, here is my little stash.Attachment 15019Attachment 15020Attachment 15021Attachment 15022Attachment 15023
First, the whole bar--small, but utilitarian, with sink and fridge. Then ryes, wheaters and BiBs, others bourbons, and some odds and ends. The RHF decanter is actually Old HH 8/86 (from a family size bottle not shown) and the glass decanter in the odds and ends pic is a vatting of peated scotches. Oh and I forgot my Knob Single Barrel which lives in my nightstand:grin:
