Old Rip Van 23 Decanter... Need some help.

The little bro is getting married and I would like to get him the Old Rip 23 decanter set for a gift. I know I can go to eBay and pay twice what these retailed for, but I thought I would throw this out to the SB community and see if someone could help me out with locating one of these for sale at retail.

I've read forums where people passed on these things for $350, which is what they retailed for when they were released.

Could someone point me in the direction of where I could find one for a reasonable price online or at a store. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There maybe even be a special "thanks" gift in it for the person (weller 12 or maybe something that can't be had in your parts).

If you're willing to venture down to the North Metro Atlanta area then Total Wine on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw and Minks on Delk Road in Marietta both had one the last time I stopped by.

Total wine did not have one when I was there this weekend picking up my PVW.

You're a wonderful brother. However, I'd be slightly afraid the bottle might detract from the other biggest acquisition of his life - a wife!

What would you offer in trade for one? Cash is not an option for the extra I have stashed.

I would say maybe it'd be a good idea to DM the OP'er so any lurkers don't go snag something up from under you

Thanks for all the responses. I've PM'd the people back with solid leads. If I could drive and pick one up that would be ideal. I would rather not ship one because I think I would be a nervous wreck until it arrived safely. I'm in Chattanooga, so Atlanta and South Carolina are possibilities for a road trip. Keep em coming.
