It's bottled under the willett name, but supposedly it was distilled by PS. Anyone try it?
No distilling is being done at PS yet. The ground breaking or distillery was only a couple of weeks ago. The Willet rye is a 4 year old rye barreled for PS. The did name the rule "unofficially" The Groundbreaker. I have a bottle waiting for me at home. Will post some notes when I get back Sunday.Quote:
