Over the weekend: Maker's Mark 46, didn't really float my boat. I guess I was expecting something more out of it. Last night, Four Roses Yellow label, this bottle gets my vote for best bourbon under $20. (That I have had.)

Long, but fairly decent day at work today. Kicking back with a nice pour of Weller 12 to unwind. :yum: Looks like more of the same tomorrow.
Bonded Old Grand Dad
Started out the evening with a blend of '11 WLW and OWA while taking in the season finale of Walking Dead. Followed that with VOB BIB and some TPS FRSB. I'm feeling spoiled.
A couple of bold pours of ETL,then on to some Blanton's or Bowman SB.
Celebrating the first half title in bowling with a pour of GBS EC15.
Willett 8 yr old, which I'm liking more than the 21 yr old.
lots of flavor, despite relatively high proof

No BB I haven't, but I have drunk a fair amount of MM & liked it well enough. When I am in a bar I usually try a bourbon I haven't had to see if I would spring for a bottle. In this case I think I will pass on the MM 46. If another opportunity to try it presents itself, I will give it another go. Maybe it was the short pour from the bottom of the bottle that prejudiced me against it.
