Our new Liquor Barn opened today! I had a feeling they would have all the special releases squirreled away, and I was correct.

I picked up a WLW 2012, VWFRR13, and a John J Bowman single barrel.

Aww forgot aout the BG store opening! Good finds man.

Stocked up a bit while I can afford them

4 bottles of EC 18
2 bottles of Jefferson 18yo
2 bottles of Old Charter 13yo Proprietors Reserve
3 bottles of van Winkle 12yo LOT B
1 bottle of Pappy 15yo

Nice hauls Gents. Just 3 more Weller 12 for me--may just be an excuse to buy more of it, but paranoid this will disappear or go up in price, at least in my area.

I grabbed a couple of Cherry Grand Marniers, too. Haven't experimented yet. Should go well with bourbon, maybe some sweet vermouth and bitters--kind of a Manhattan variant

Seems to be on quite a few shelfs around where I live. Noone really drinks bourbon here, so whatever the importer bought years back is still floating around at original prices or on offer
