What bourbon are you drinking? Winter 12/13

The neighborhood kids are excited to actually see snow twice in the same year. Yeah, more Barton, but I pour it into the coffee.

No, I have an icemaker that makes those infernal half circles. I just throw one into a clean kitchen towel, and strike it with the handle of a heavy knife. If it doesn't divide roughly evenly, I adjust the pour to suit the ice. ;)

Well yeah, there's that and the selection process and all. George Washington's hatchet. Three new heads and two new handles. Same hatchet.

I did not - by the time I saw it, I already had my wish list/dance card filled out :lol: For a value brand, it just says to me "I am bourbon - plain and simple". Don't have to think it to death, just sip and enjoy!

I've settled in with a nice JPR 18 for the night.

Brought a bottle of ETL for poker night with the guys and had several pours. It was really hitting the spot even though I didn't play well tonight.
