Oooh,
Is it an Owensboro bottle? Either way, a very nice pick. But I'd do things -- dark, dark things -- for a few more bottles of the older stuff. It's so full of butterscotch and syrupy goodness. I'm enjoying a current bottling at the moment, and it's plenty enjoyable, too.

A TPS PB of AAA. Super value for such a delicious pour.

A little shrimp and crab gumbo. Nothing better on a cold and rainy night. Except for maybe the PHC '12 I will have after dinner

Russel's Reserve 10yr
I'm really starting to like all of Wild Turkey's stuff.

OGD 114 and PHC '12. I am loving the Parkers. Tastes more like a wheater to me.

Drinking some Lot B tonight, waiting for Justified to come on.

Finishing off a bottle of TPS 4R1B
Re: What bourbon are you drinking? Winter 12/13
My first ever taste of OFBB (2008). Damn interesting pour, prefaced of course with a nose that just won't quit.
Bonus: My GF likes it too, and there aren't many bourbons she will drink.

Smooth Ambler Old Scout 7 yr from TPS. More like a rye than a bourbon and I mean that in a good way. Quite possibly (sure I'm forgetting something) the best LDI product I've had. Very tasty stuff.

The 115 or the 120? I'm planning on getting both if they're still available at the end of the month. I was chatting with John from Smooth Ambler on Christmas Eve and he mentioned that TPS had done a selection. I wish they'd have some of these slightly older, barrel proof options here in WV.
