Hello everyone,
New to the site, although I have been lurking from time to time. I've been drinking bourbon for a while, but I am relatively new to actually tasting the little nuances between brands and bottlings. I'm looking forward to accessing the vast amount of knowledge contained on this site.
Welcome aboard Erik. Ahh, tasting, that's a deep well, I suppose the first rule is we don't hafta like everything. From there on it's just watch your credit card because these guys will lead you astray.

Chicago is a great area for bourbon with Binny's, great guys, and some terrific bars.
