Hi Guy's,
Found a new favorite tonight WT 101, it is so smooth. Now it's a real toss up besides Jim Beam Black and
Makers?

If you like the Wild Turkey 101, I suggest getting a bottle of the Wild Turkey Rare Breed. It's the 101 with the volume turned up!
I think of Rare Breed as graduate level Wild Turkey.
I'll second the call for Rare Breed, not that there is anything wrong with WT101.
Grab the Rye if you find it, we may not see it's like again.
Seconded (or thirded) that. Soooooo good. I know where a good bit is actually, but it's a touch more than I would care to pay. Got a few bunkered, but if times get tight...
When times get tight we're thankful for Heaven Hill's reasonable prices.
Hear, hear! On our drive back from vacation in Florida, I stopped in a few stores to get as many HH BiB offerings as I could, since many are not easily obtainable in DC. I got the gold label, white label, EW BiB, and JW Dant. Amazing values, all of them.
And to JR1968, it's common for someone to recommend an extremely hard-to-find item. Don't worry about those. The last few years of WT101 rye... well, you can research it yourself on this forum, but they were not universally regarded as classics. You'll find a range of opinions on it, but only trust the ones that came BEFORE the label was "suspended". Those were not tinged with nostalgia or pride over how many were "bunkered", a word I hate, hate, hate to see on this forum and one that is used CONSTANTLY.
