Definitely something from Heaven Hill - probably PHC '12.
I've also got a bottle of JPS17 Batch#1 that I've been saving, so that'll get opened too.
I'm thinking funnel rather than straw.

Well I haven't tried it yet but it might have to be the recently acquired Barry Crockett Legacy Irish Whiskey. If that fails me I still have some cask strength Angels Envy and a plethora of PVW/BTAC options to fall back on. Probably the WLW would be the first choice among those.
And their is always lots of rum and tequila! The JM Rhum 1994 comes to mind first.
I am getting a little buzz just thinking about it!
