This may be a silly question, but is there a name, or designation, for a Bourbon expert?
I know that for wine it's a Sommelier.
For beer it's a Cicerone

I'm not aware of a specific descriptive term in the Bourbon world but there's no reason why they couldn't be called a Spirits Sommelier.
Pappy-o-phile............
Uh oh, corny comments to follow.
Bourbonite or maybe this is something that will take down the MD like kryptonite will take down Superman.
Or B.O.B. (Brothers Of Bond).
My wife calls me a drunk, if that helps.
Don't think resident drunk would resonate well with the restaurant patrons.
Burbmelier.

Squire would be an appropriate name.
