Bourbon plum sauce
Hello all, I havent posted in a long time but have been lurking.
Recently my wife wanted a little help in putting together a wild plum jelly and she wanted to try somthing different. I reminded her or a time when we were walking our property I was sipping a little WT 101 and we started eating wild plums. She started cooking and ended up with a mixture that never set up but has proven to be an exceptional grilling and smoking sauce. The combo of wild red plums and WT101 on a peice of pork is exceptional.
