I. W. Harper Heritage Collection

I found a bottle of I. W. Harper Heritage Collection. Is it any good? is it worth having? It was kind of a lone soldier. Just want to get feedback form to board.

Yes, it's good. I quite liked it - a very light bourbon, IIRC. And rare too - pick it up if the price is at all reasonable (I think I got mine for $30-40 a year and a half ago.)

How old is it and what's the proof?
