Been hunting this stuff a few weeks now, found out they dont make it no more, stopped at a lil hole in the wall and found it in the mix of the new ones in the very back of the shelf. for some reason it excited me.. Now the question is.. to open it or not to open it...

Well, if you never open it, what's the point of having it at all? Look at it this way, you have only been looking for a couple weeks, and you found one. There ARE more on the shelves out there, somewhere. If you like it, and can't find anymore, there is always that trading option.
Not trying to be a jerk, it just hurts me to see perfectly good bottles sitting around not being dranken.

Well, if you think you'll head to Middle Tennessee anytime soon, open it without concern, and call me when you get close -- I see it nearly every time I go 'huntin''. Not that scarce here yet...
I am with Tim and Jeremy on this one! Open it and taste it, you may find like I did that it's not really to your liking or not enough so to bunker a bunch of them. I bought a few before I had really tasted it only to find that it didn't really impress my palate, not as much as say regular 101 or even way less as much as the older 8year that I was still seeing on the shelves. The RR101 is still on many shelves in here SoCal...
Open it. They are still out there. You'll find another. Just keep dropping into those lil hole in the walls.
