Was just wondering if there is a way to find out what grains, and what percentage of grains, were used in any given bourbon. Distilleries seem very reluctant to list this information on their website. I'm a curious individual (as are most of you wonderful folks) and am trying to learn the various nuances of each grain.
FYI, I'm currently drinking WT 101 and am curious about the grain bill, as I am with all whiskies I enjoy.

According to the Regans' "The Bourbon Companion", published in 1998, Wild Turkey uses a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% barley malt. That may be correct, changed, or incorrect, but it's a starting point.
The book lists mashbills for every then-current distillery except Four Roses (which has 10) and Jim Beam.
Of course, the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville has changed hands since then (UDV to Heaven Hill), the Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown no long exists (burned Nov. 1996), and several distilleries have added grain bills to accommodate additional labels purchased since then.
