Binny's doesn't deliver to Connecticut?!
When did this happen? I was shocked to hear, especially since Sam's shipped me some bourbon 2-3 months ago without a problem.
Sue Ellen, said that maybe Sam's took a chance, but I remember the FedEx/UPS guy knew it was alcohol. Also, I think I had to show the driver my ID before I received the package.
Oh well, at least I saved some money.

I'm gonna guess that Binny's decided it doesn't do enough business in CT to justify the $1100 per category(liquor/beer/wine(only $350)) fees to ship there.

Sue Ellen, at the very least, implied that it was illegal to ship to Connecticut.
Re: Binny's doesn't deliver to Connecticut?!
Just found out for sure that it is illegal.

It is if you haven't registered as an out of state shipper and paid all of your fees and all the other stuff that goes with it
Re: Binny's doesn't deliver to Connecticut?!
Oh, those are the permits for shipping to businesses...
