Had a few pours of Sheep Dip last night. Not overly complex but very tasty just the same.
Invergordon Single Cask Grain Whisky, 36 yo, 89 proof.
Surprisingly good.
36 yo? Wow, must be, well developed.
I just finished off my bottle of 13yo Rosebank from Gordon & MacPhail. I'll miss it...
This afternoon, while cooking dinner for my family, I had a glass of The Balvenie 15-year old single barrel on the rocks. It was wonderful, as always.

I've just got a little bit left of a Cadenhead's 12 yo Rosebank (115 proof!). One of the best malts to have with a cigar I've ever found.
I've always wanted to have a sip of Rosebank...
In the meantime, I'm thoroughly-enjoying my Glenmorangie Sonnalta PX (Pedro-Ximenez)-- it's like the La Santa, taken a step further. Think pecans and raisins in a dark chocolate bread pudding and you just might scratch the surface of what it's about.
Tried Highland Park 12yr for the first time. Very nice and smooth, but still interesting.

I've got a small sample of Rosebank 13 year that I had last night. After that, a Paddy's Irish.
