Went to the Highland Park 12 yr. several times over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It continues to be impressive.
Thanksgiving Day we broke out two new whiskys--Arran Single Malt and Isle of Jura Single Malt. Both were pleasant but fairly nondescript, with most folks leaning towards the Jura due to somewhat fuller flavor.

The Jura was knocked off completely while a third of the Arran remained, which my cousin was kind enough to send home with me. Strange weather day today, it started off with rain then stopped and very cloudy and overcast and in the 50's but damp so it feels like Laphroaig 18yo, neat.
So that's what I'm sippin'.
