Unfortunately, that store will have less hard to find stuff going forward...:rolleyes:
Y'all, it really ain't any of my business, I know....And, it's admirable to help another SB brother out...But, PM is the way to go with these...

Eh, my loss perhaps, but maybe a small business owner's gain if that's the case.
I'm good with that.
Dalmore 12 for $22... Not too shabby

Macallan 18 Single Cask (Malt Trust bottling)
I decided to go on a dusty bottle hunt east of Dallas. Started in Terrell and ended in Kaufman. My wonderful wife navigated me to 11 liquor stores. Scored something in three of them. Found a 101 WT Rye (only 1 bottle in all 11 stores), a 2005 Russel's Reserve (hidden on a high shelf behind other brands and extremely dusty, a 1998 EWSB also dusty box and a Bookers (not sure how to read the label to get the year but it was dusty and I needed one for the collection so took a chance). The Jack 160 isn't very old, but had not seen it in Dallas and thought it would add to the collection.
I've been on a Springbank kick lately picking up;
14 Year Single Madeira Barrel Cask Strength
13 Year Single Bourbon Barrel Cask Strength
12 Year Single Claret finish Cask Strength
10 Year Alchemist
Bought a Tullamore Dew 10yr. malt. Have all the other versions so I thought I would add this to the collection!

I went to the store to pick up beer for my wife (she only drinks Coors Light; a shame because it's bland, a blessing because it's cheap!) and remembered that now that Bruichladdich is going corporate, I should stop putting off buying a bottle of the Laddie 10, so that's what I got. My open bottle cabinet is bursting at the seams at the moment, so I'll have to wait to open it, but I do have a handful of bottles with only a few pours left in them, so hopefully I'll be able to focus on them and steer clear of my fuller bottles over the next week or two so I can get to this Laddie!
I also picked up a bottle of Caribou Crossing, Sazerac's 1B Canadian Whisky. That bottle has been on the shelf for a few years now, and it finally went on sale for $29.99, so I snatched it!
Almost purchased a Suntory Yamazaki 18 I spotted a month ago, but could not do the $115 tag. It's been on the shelf a while. May go back soon.
